Nestled in a serene forest, this stunning home on the hill is surrounded by majestic Oaks and Pines including several protected trees. The landscaping features multi-level decks, connecting upper decks to a lower lawn area, a patio with built-in seating, and a driveway accented with grass joints. The owners were delighted with a vibrant plant palette, highlighted by colorful accents and a lush English Laurel hedge. Innovative design elements, including a stepped retaining wall, were developed in collaboration with structural and soil engineers, while architects Lori Hsu (LS Architects) ensured effective grading and drainage throughout the project.
