MOUNTAIN MAGIC

This amazing project in Aspen and was a collaboration between us and a team in Colorado. The architects were Charles Cunniffe, and the engineers were Merrick & Company. Because the previous home was historic, the new design needed to incorporate historic elements, even though it was a complete teardown.  Our new landscape included permeable pavers at the front entry driveway, a plant palette of native Colorado plants and boulders to blend in with the nearby hills. The site was also part of a much larger watershed which meant the runoff needed to be treated on-site.
